Added a unique "Sword of White Blight" to Raven Rock Rampart. With a custom model and texture provided by InsanitySorrow's Ebony Sword Replacer, this sword drains 10 health from enemies just like in Morrowind - plus, the enchantment never runs out. I don't know if it did it in Morrowind. Silly me, I didn't test it. Enchantments are now limited, but will actually work. I'm pretty sure you can safely update even if you're armed, just let the new file overwrite the old one.
