Switchable slow time power

Semi-balanced switchable slow time power. When stamina is below 5, drain stamina to activate and deactivate.

After years of lurking around, I thought I'd finally try making a mod to replace some of the functionality I lost when moving to SSE. Some of my favorite mods are Nature of the Beast and Vampire's Thirst because they implement slow time so well. Sadly, I'm nowhere near as awesome as these two mods are, but this is my first mod.

I use this mod for SSE and SSE-VR. Power should be added automatically when starting a game. To use it, simply equip and activate it like any other power source. Activate it again to remove the slow time effect. It will continue to drain stamina until your stamina drops below 5, then it will turn off. It also increases the attack speed of your hands and bow, while increasing your movement speed. So basically everything except you slow down.

Activate it again to remove the slow time effect. It will continuously drain stamina until your stamina is less than 5, and then will toggle off. It also increases your attack speed for both hands and bows as well as increasing your movement speed. So basically everything but you slows down.
