What it can do:

The plugin itself renames the gold you find in the container to "Septim"

I did this after discovering the "Gold to Septim interface fix" for the SE version. Um...oh?

Installation and uninstallation

Simple plugin with BSA. Install using the Mod Manager of choice, or extract to the data folder. The lower the load order, the better.

Safe to install or uninstall at any time. Simply delete it from your Mod Manager, or delete the BSA and plugin from your data folder.

I made a companion mod to this called "People Ask for Septims-PAFS" (Dialogue Says Gold Says Septims).

This will cause most normal, non-voiced player dialogue (i.e. room rentals and house purchases) to refer to "Septims" instead of "gold".

When looking at Septim-related mods, it doesn't hurt to grab their texture replacers. I personally like the look of JS Purses and Septims SE
