Simple wooden house with a silly story (romantic Christmas mood! Sort of).
It is located near the village of Skaal. You can drive west from the village, past Windstone, across the River Headwaters at Harstrad, and follow the road downstream. Check the picture to see if it has a map image (and also check the key position if it's stuck).
Plenty of room (barely) for spouse and two kids. You will need Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions or a similar mod to move the home there.
Crafting Stations: Forge, Whetstone, Armor Workbench, Tanning Rack, Alchemy Table, Charming Table, Cooking and Baking Pots.

There is enough space (barely) for a spouse and two kids. You're going to need Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions or a similar mod in order to move the family there.
