Summoned next to caster REDUX

Added a second version of the transposition spell that uses a custom target delivery type instead of a ground target. These also allow use with SmartCast, Ocato's Apocalypse and Imperious. Includes optional Apocalypse and Mysticism plugins.

After installing this mod, you will learn two spells when using the Summoning Spell Book, the original spell and the modified version. The revised name has "Nexter Caster" in it. Two optional plugins included in the installer bring the same functionality to Apocalypse and Mysticism.

You no longer need to aim at a point on the ground to summon your minions, allowing for smoother combat. Your summons will appear next to you. Works even if you point to the sky when casting.

Additionally, these new spells can be used with Octo's Recital in Revelation, Imperious's Altmer Contingency ability, and mods like SmartCast.

I have not included all expectations. Sometimes this is because of spell restrictions or conditions that need to be met for the spell to work (for example, against corpses). Sometimes it's for balance reasons. If you feel a spell is missing and you'd like it added to the mod, please let me know in the comments section.
