This spell summons the Dark Brotherhood's Shadow Horse and will work even if you haven't found him yet or chosen to destroy the Dark Brotherhood. I personally destroyed them and couldn't mount them, but if you have the original Shadowmere, if this causes any bugs, feel free to edit this mod if you know how to leave the bugs in the Posts section.
You can find the Spell Tome on Farengar Secret-Fire's Table in Dragonreach, or on the table in DB Sanctuary (Falkreath One) where Barenziah's Stone or Unusual Stone is (I added this after some users suggested it)! See screenshots! !
Install
Install via NMM (highly recommended), or manually by dragging the Shadow Shadow.esp callable into the data folder, or merging the data folder when dragging it from My Mods into the Skyrim folder.
Uninstall
Uninstall via NMM (recommended) or delete Shadowmere Summon.esp (I will personally shoot you in the knees if you uninstall!)

Install through NMM(Highly Recommended) or Manually by dragging the Summon able Shadowmere.esp into the Data Folder or just merge when you drag the Data folder from my Mod into the Skyrim Folder.
Uninstallation
Uninstall through NMM (Recommended) or delete the Shadowmere Summon.esp (If you do Uninstall I will personally shoot you in the knee!)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
