I made a preset starlight match from the comic/TV show The Boys. There is a glow eyes version and a regular brown eye version, both in the same download.
Below is a list of hard requirements, and below that is a list of highly recommended mods to make your character look even better.
Require:
SKSE
Racemenu
Beauty SSE Eyes (Regular Eyes)
The Witcher 3 Eyes SE (Glowing Eyes)
Eyebrow
KS Hairdos
KS Hairdos - Salt and Wind
Not a requirement, but highly recommended to download:
Mature skin (this is what I use, or just use whatever skin retexture you prefer)
Skin Feature Overlay SSE (there are some amazing textures like scars and freckles to add to your character)
Female Makeup Kit (gives the racemenu some great tools to make the character look better)
Vanilla Makeup HD
Vanilla Warpaints Absolution
Install:
Click the "Download with Manager" button on the file
Once downloaded it should appear in your mod manager, then double click on it to install it
If using the Mod Organizer, you may have to click on the box in the left pane to activate the mod and show it as a preset in the game.
Manual installation:
Click the manual download button on the file
Extract the download to the data/ folder in your Skyrim installation directory

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
