Star Wars Lightsaber Sounds Expanded 4.0
4.0 update released 12/16/17
Customize your lightsaber as you see fit!
Hey man - awesome! Love the sounds of these. Flying around the sky and slashing bandits with your sword has never been more "immersive" than before. Volume Notes:
The volume of the sounds has been optimized for in-game sounds, so don't pay attention to how they sound with media players,
They will appear very loud, but in game they are flat.
In addition to the extra sounds, the stereo has its own swing/hum/lazy/on/off!
Complete set includes:
Title:
Darth Maul - Episode 1
Darth Vader - Episode 5 and "Rogue One"
Luke Skywalker - Episode 6
Kailo Ren Episode 7
Episode 7-Blue Sword
Episode 8 - Blue Sword on Snokes Throne Room/Light Up
Extras:
Additional hum and on/off sounds
Note:
First, you need to install the Magicka Sabers MOD:
or the only machika sword for cross guard sword
Install:
Place the sound WAV file into the SkyRIM/Data/Sounds/FX/WPN/Magicka Sabers folder
Audio:
Replace the default files with files from the sound set of your choice.
Extras:
Here's how you can create your own custom lightsaber sounds using any sound set or combination!
Add the following files to the Skyrim/Data/Sounds/FX/WPN/MagickaSabers folder where you can place your default files!
Swing:
You can add any swings you want, just make sure you rename them to FX_Swing_SABER_0x X, which means the rapier swing number from 1 to 4! If you want to hear one sound more than others, add it under a different number.
Hum/whisper:
To add custom Hum/Iles, replace wpn_saber_loop with your desired selection.
Alternate on/off:
To add alternating ON/OFF sounds, replace wpn_saber_ignite_on and wpn_saber_ignate_off
All sounds are produced and edited with professional editing software and you can upload them anywhere as long as proper credits are given.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
