About this mod Machine translation
Added (movable) outdoor shops to 6 towns: Ivarstead, Downstar, Dragonbridge, Motal, Rorickstead and Carthwarden.
QAXE'S CONVENIENT SHOPS adds 6 outdoor vendor stalls to towns lacking useful merchants in the base game.
Dawn Starr
Motar
Ivarstead
Cass
Rorickstead
dragon bridge
CONVENIENT!
The vendors are outside, working 24 hours a day, and selling a wide variety of goods.
The stalls are small for better compatibility with mods (many town overhauls are there)
Vendors have more coins than standard merchants (around 2k at the start of the game).
The businessman was labeled "protected" and part of a local crime syndicate.
COMPATIBILITY:
Please look at the screenshot above and compare with other mods you are using. The only town mode I use (or plan to use) in SSE is JK's Skyrim, and it's compatible. I don't have time to check the compatibility of other mods, so please don't ask me.
If you find a merchant station that is incompatible with other mods you are using, you can remove any of them via the dialogue option "Duzzal". "Duzzal" is a khaki businessman walking around west of the exit of Helgen Cave.
NOTE: If you delete one of the merchants, there is no dialogue and no console option to bring them back.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
