The official port of Swan Shield, from Oldrim to Skyrim SE, provided by Delincious.
This is the official port of Skyrim, from the original Skyrim to the superb SSE. All credits go to this author for designing and implementing this mod and for allowing open permission to port the mod to SSE. Thank you so much. The original mod can be found here:

Both .esps for this mod have been saved in the Creation Kit in Form 44. All meshes are processed through the SSE Nif Optimizer for compatibility with Skyrim SE. I uploaded two versions, one that adds a normal crafting version and another that adds all shields to the Leveled list of NPCs and vendors. The version numbers are 1.2 and 1.21 respectively. I have the Leveled List version loaded into my game, and there are several vendors that have some shields in their inventory. So it works for me. If you have any questions about the file, please contact us. This is a direct port from Oldrim and is provided as is. It is highly recommended to use SSEEdit or Bashed Patch with Wrye Bash to make merged patches to avoid any issues with other Shield mods being added to the Leveled Lists.
Here is the original description of Delincious from the Oldrim page, with some modifications to this page:

"Shields of Skyrim" is a mod that attempts to add a large amount of shields to Skyrim that fits the general feel and atmosphere of the game.
The basic version only includes recipes for crafting and tempering. You have to make your own shield. Leveled Lists version includes
As well as merchants, bandits, falmer, dwemer and loot integration!
All shields except Imperial, Dwarf and Dragon can be used without any perks. Imperial Shield requires Steel Smithing,
Dwarves require Dwarf Smith, and Dragon Skeletons require Dragon Smith.
v1.20 - Added 2 new Norse shields
v1.21 - Added support for Nordic shields

Original:
All shields included in the mod can only be obtained through forging and cannot be found in the game world.
Level list:
Exactly the same as the original list, just with added integration with level lists.
This will obviously conflict with other mods that modify the shield level list.
All shields can be used and sold by NPCs, except for dragon skulls and dwarf shields. Glowshroom Shield will not be discovered by NPCs, but will be discovered by some Falmer.
Do not download simultaneously
They are all self-contained, and the horizontal list version does not require the original to run

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
