Some thought-forms become so powerful that they can have an effect on physical words, such as sounds, images, or animated objects, in this case dolls.

The tragedy at Frostflow Lighthouse is horrific, with all the redguard families there being murdered by chaurus (and harvesters if you have my Harvesters mod installed). One of the children is Zariannah, a Red Guard girl who is cute and sweet, but with unexplored psychic and magical gifts within her. She died in the paws of a chaurus holding her doll, and her ghost remained in the house. You can also find the skeleton with the doll in her room.

After that, scared and not understanding what was happening, she began unconsciously shaping forms to protect her in the form of dolls from the past that she loved in the past. When Zariannah finds himself in danger, he unknowingly creates an army of bloody killer dolls that begin to fortify the area. A group of thieves and bandits attempt to invade the lighthouse, but all are killed by the knife of a doll created by Zariannah. You'll find their bodies on the ground, covered in blood.
