Simple modifications to the exterior of some Nordic ruins
Skyrim Nordic Ruins
Thoroughly check the appearance of Forelhost, High Gate Ruins, Korvanjund, Labyrinthian, Ragnvald, Rannveig's Fast, Valthume and Volskygge.
Here are the exterior transformations of some of Ancient Skyrim's greatest structures. I really like the design of Bleak Falls Barrow. The first time I got there, I was surprised and excited to see what other great Nordic ruins Skyrim had in store. Sadly, few other ruins, and even fewer, can rival Bleak Falls Barrow in impressive appearance. The only other ruins that wow me with their appearance besides Desolation Falls Barrow are Labyrinthian and Skuldafn.
With this mod I hope to give other ruins the epic exteriors they deserve. This is just an aesthetic mod, so it won't add any loot or enemies. The focus of this mod is just large scale, so you won't notice any added clutter.
I highly recommend using a LOD generator such as DynDOLOD's xLODGen, otherwise you won't be able to see the look from a distance!
The interior of the dungeon remains unchanged.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
