In vanilla Horizon, some skills are much harder than others, and some extra trees are almost worthless. SPERG fixed both situations by adjusting skill level rates, adding a few different skill sources for some of the more difficult-to-reach skills, and overhauling the extra trees. Leveling rewards players for actually getting out and playing the game, rather than just honing their skills because they don't grow up fast enough any other way, and the perks of SPERG are truly outstanding. Unlike the boring, minimalist perks found in regular games, each perk is meaningful and unique. Many perks can even become their own standalone modes. Give SPERG a chance and see why so many people refuse to play without it!

Why should I install this module?

Import existing characters

Although it is meant to be a new character, SPERG will automatically import an existing character when you first load it. Just to be safe, make a backup save (you should always do this when installing a new mod) and try it now rather than later.

More game styles

Play the character you want without worrying about getting hurt in combat. Characters like non-destruction mages and dagger rogues are more viable in this mode.

Modular design, no fuss required

SPERG installation doesn't require choosing between several different modules or plugin combinations - you just install and play. If you want more customization, the in-game menus have plenty of options. For users who really want to dive into programming, SPERG allows you to overlay any tree you want, and it also supports custom plugins. It's as simple or complex as you want.

Seamless integration with the original game

If you didn't know, everything this mod adds could easily be part of the original game. Making sure first time players don't know they are using a mod is one of my top priorities.
