SPERG - hardcore description and repair

Mod changes the perk description for SPERG 'Hardcore' mode and fixes some bugs.

About 100 perks received correct descriptions.

Loaded after SPERG-SSE.esp

Don't forget to check Hardcore mode in MCM to start a new game.

example:

Normal: Attacks using the War Axis deal 50% increased critical damage. Attacks with all weapons are 5% more likely.

Iron: Attacks using the War Axis deal 20% increased critical damage. All weapons are 1.25% more likely to attack.

Bug fixes:

• Stealth (Newbie) - Mod Detection Stealth Techniques -> Add Actor Value Mult from 0.002 to 0.2 for Hardcore Mode
• Bash Locks - Requires 10 lockpicks, 10 pickpockets
• Shadow Cloak - Not working in hardcore mode
• Riposte - correct effects added
• Counterattack - correct effect added

Error fixes:

• Stealth (Novice) - Mod Detection Sneak Skill->Add Actor Value Mult from 0.002 to 0.2 for hardcore mode
• Bash Locks - require 10 in lockpicking, was 10 in pickpocket
• Cloak of Shadows - wasn`t working in hardcore mode
• Riposte - correct effect added
• Counterattack - correct effect added
