Added 3 rideable summonable spectral horses. They are essential and invulnerable, yes you can ride off the highest cliffs you can find and they don't care, some idiot will accidentally attack your mount while riding. If you want to go home. They come in 3 colors, red, blue and purple. Their stamina is set at level 999 and with 6k+ stamina they should run a long time before running out.

Spell tomes can be purchased or stolen from Riverwood Traders. The price is 10,000 each.

Started off last night after trying to summon Arvak after Bruma, decided to make a new version of him without the summoning restrictions, and that was purple...then decided to make more colors for the hell of it.
