How do you get them to join your character?
To have these eyes appear on your character, you need to select them in the race menu by starting a new game or typing the "showracemenu" command in the game console (be careful not to change your race as this will mess up the ypur stats).
Also keep in mind that these are primarily intended for use with Enb, specifically RealVision.
