*Overview*

This mod only adds earthquake events in Solstheim during the game. It's customizable, it has sounds and visual effects.

This mod is also safe, it's compatible with any mod!

*How does this work*

Based on the basic settings, you have a 5% chance of a seismic event with random duration and intensity, looping every 120 seconds.

All standing NPCs around you will be staggered and you will flinch. You can jump and cower after an earthquake.

Dragons are immune to the effects of earthquakes.

*Install*

Vortex/MO2. (Mod Organizer 2 is recommended)

Place the mod over any AI NPC mods. This ensures that NPCs won't attack you.

*uninstall*

Uninstalling any scripted mod is not recommended, but the correct way to uninstall a mod is:

  • Open the console command and enter: stopQuest MannyEQ
  • Wait at least the same number of seconds as the eq_Timing parameter (default is 2 minutes), so check your clock or kill a dragon in the meantime
  • Create a new save game
  • Exit Skyrim and disable my mods.
  • Reload the saved game and make a brand new game.
  • Exit Skyrim, restart Skyrim, and continue playing your latest game.

*compatibility*

This mod is fully compatible with every mods including environment and game modes like INeed, Hunterborn, Obsidian Weather, Frostfall, Wet & Cold and more.

If you find any bugs please report them and I can see what I can do..

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
