Smooth running animation
New running, sprinting and jumping animations make males and females look more natural. A must-have mod! These have to be the smoothest jogging and sprinting animations (for me) because they are so realistic! I've tried them all, trust me! Even the weak. I would say, this one cuts the cake. Look at this!

This mod replaces the male and female running, sprinting and jumping animations, except for the backing up because I think it looks good.
Running reflects a natural jog, sprinting is more dynamic. The arms synchronize better with the legs. Please watch the video. I apologize if the female part is dark. I encourage you to try animations and see how they look first hand.

In order to get the muscle excursions I have in the video you will need the mods No Heavy Muscular Walk and Idle created by Scot.
To center the camera when unarmed, you need to add the following line to Skyrim.ini:
[camera]
fOverShoulderPosX = 0.0000

This mod replaces the running, sprinting, and jumping animations for male and female, all except for backstep because I thought that it looked fine.
The running is reflective of a natural jog, and the sprinting is more motivated. The arms are better synched with the legs. Please watch the video. I apologize if it is dark during the female part. I encourage you to give the animations a try and see how they look first-hand.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
