Install/update
If installing for the first time, unzip to your Skyrim/Data folder and check the loading order. Select Settings in MCM and activate the mod.
important! Activate this module only if you are not already training at the current level. Otherwise, wait until you upgrade before activating the mod.
This only applies if you are installing the mod for the first time. Afterwards, you can deactivate it and reactivate it at any time, which is useful if for some reason the correct number of training sessions is not set up.
Uninstall
Deactivate the mod in MCM and uncheck or delete the esp.
