This mod will: Change hotkeys 1-8 to F1-F8 (or disable hotkeys 1-8) Assign F9 as fast save and F10 as fast load Disable mouse wheel zoom and assign keyboard shortcuts "period" or ">" to zoom in and "comma" or "<" to zoom out.

Annoying for those of us who find erroneous zooming in and out. By using mouse software, the middle button can be assigned a custom command and can be used more reliably without accidentally scrolling when the scroll wheel button is pressed. New keyboard shortcuts "Period" or ">" for zooming in and "Comma" or "<" for zooming out have been assigned to allow the same functionality. Only mouse wheel zooming is disabled, the mouse wheel in the menu still works fine. Moving up and down in the skill tree menu uses the zoom function, so you can now use < or >.

The second function is to change hotkeys 1-8 to F1-F8 (or disable hotkeys 1-8) and assign F9 to quick save and F10 to quick load. This will release hotkeys 1-8, configured and used by SkyUI, for group set favorites or hotkey modes such as AH hotkeys.

Contains four files that enable each feature individually, as well as the default Skyrim SE PC control files organized into easy-to-edit columns.

I was able to change it using the hex value from the readme file in Keyboard Remap FIX.
