Skyrim Skill Uncapper

This is a port of Kassent's Skyrim Skill Uncapper for use with Skyrim's VR binaries. This is a DLL plugin that unlocks all skill level caps of 100 and allows you to make many modifications to XP and leveling curves (and more!)

This only works on the VR version of SKYRIM!!!!!

First credit goes to Kassent for originally uploading the SSE build (itself a port of Elys' Skyrim-Community-Uncapper) and for being awesome enough to make his source code available. Without it I would never have been able to port it to a VR version. Most of the work I did was reverse engineering the updated memory locations using the new binaries for the VR version and fixing a few bugs.

This DLL has several features that I have tested. Some, but not all, of what you can modify:

Skill ceiling

Skill formula hat

Skill experience scalar

Level and skill scalar

Perk multiplier per level

Carry weight adjuster

Once you run the game for the first time, this .ini file will be generated in the same location where you can pass the mod and view the numerous things you can tweak with the game. Additionally, there are presets made for SSE versions by others and you can search for which ones are compatible.

Install:

You need a DLL loader. I use xSHADOWMANx's DLL Loader:

Download the DLL and place it in the correct folder specified by DLL Loader. (The DLL linked above goes into Data\Plugins\Sumwunn)

Run the game for the first time to generate the ini file in the same directory as the dll. You can then adjust it as needed.

Now I only support manual installation. I'll make a Vortex/MO version at some point.

Require:

SkryimVR (latest version)

SKSEVR v1.4.15

Incompatibility issues:

Any mod that also messes with skill/leveling functionality will likely conflict.

For example, testing Simply Balanced will cause the game to eventually crash.

I don't have an exhaustive list, so if you find something incompatible please let me know.
