Substance Guide PBR workflow for Skyrim SE

By no means do I think this is the best approach as people's opinions always vary, but after spending too much time trying to get decent and consistent results from non-pbr, and with the help of other mod authors, we decided to stick with PBR and write this guide for anyone else who finds the non-pbr workflow disappointing and/or too difficult.
(To any mod authors who disagree with this guide/method, all I can say is "to each his own." Don't be toxic just because you disagree with something.)
Within these you'll find a pdf that explains most of Skype Workflow's PBR, but this isn't meant to teach you how to use substances, it's meant to teach you how to get textures from substances that still look good after being converted to the format Skyrim supports.
Additionally, some Photoshop Intel presets have been made to make the conversion a little easier and a little faster, as well as the Substance templates required for this guide.

Substance Guide PBR workflow for Skyrim SE
This is in no way considered the best method as people's opinion always varies, but after spending too much time trying to get decent and consistent results out of non-pbr and with the help of other Mod Authors, we decided to stick to PBR and write this guide for anyone else who finds the non-pbr workflow disappointing and/or too difficult.

In the files you will find a pdf explaining the majority of the PBR to Skyrim Workflow, this isn't meant to teach you how to use substance but to teach you how to get textures out of substance that still look good when converted in the formats skyrim supports.
There are also Photoshop Intel presets made to make conversion easier and a little bit faster as well as Substance templates necessary for the guide.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
