What does this mod do?

It overhauls companions and Jorrvaskr (inside out).

Additional checklist:

Merged all "Jorrvaskr minor renovations" for Ansible2.

Jorrvaskr - The interior has been completely renovated. It's an understatement and almost unrecognizable. Everything is piecemeal, meaning NPCs will move to the second floor and sometimes even to the third floor and surrounding sandbox. Adds to the immersion. 3 stories are seamlessly embedded within the first floor, where you will find the council members' loft. The whole area was filled with nickels, trophies, unused markers, new minstrels sang during the feast and the large table could now seat 19 people instead of 9 and could make Yssgrmmor proud! The second story has 3 extra beds that you will need for the new cook and bard (Tarja Turunen from Nightwish) Oh, and a sweet kitchen.

Downstairs - you'll find a brand new dormitory with a chest that won't respawn! Bunk beds were built to make room for the 15 new NPCs added by this mod. Yes, they use bunk beds at the same time. Due to an unfortunate incident with Arnbjorn, an abandoned battleground that has been overrun by Taurus and Frostbite Spiders is now locked away. Maybe Skjor/his room once again holds the answer to how to open the battle arena. The coolest interior bathroom you can make using vanilla assets. There was also a secret room hidden away from only the Council members, and Koda allowed young Ms. Lott to take refuge...

Outside - The first brawl pit in Skyrim is here... I brawled with actual back-and-forth riders, no combat due to Skyrim engine limitations, but hey, it's close! The lands of Jorrvaskr are vast...with a fishing pond, area for 2 goats and a cow, large tracts of crops, apiaries, and defenses like the most epic fighter in Skyrim. There is a new ritual platform where companions will be trained.

Twelve new companies

Oddvar the Odd - A "weird" Woodelf who was kicked out of Morag Tong because he said "they didn't ask for it, but you could tell" was on his way home with the Shield siblings.

Artemis Entreri - A Breton trained in sword fighting under the last disciple of the Magisterium.

Bo Agrius - His mother was raped by giants and she died when her child was born. Kodrak took pity on the boy and trained him in honorable ways. Finally finding the giant bastard responsible for the maid's death, Kodrak sends his best warriors to slay the monster.

Donk - Unable to kill his brother in the boss battle, Donk fled to the only place where he could be tamed.

Cattie Brie - Mated with a dog to kill some leeches...and was taken away by a vampire who was better than a dog at sniffing him out again.

Gwen Grey-Mane- Her sister likes boys, Gwen likes men.

Raja Princess - The Moon Clan was nearly destroyed by Thalmor, and the last Moon Clan princess was granted sanctuary by Kodlak's favor.

Jinabi - sworn to protect Princess Raja, and after a long period of hard work, I'm sure she can be followed to accompany you.

Khutulun - An ascetic Red Guard warrior woman who comes to Whiterun on a quest to find the traitor who killed her brother...and may stay once justice is achieved.

Godras - Led by the stewards of Kodlak, Jorrvaskr earned the right to be known as the "Brothers and Sisters of the Shield" as they earned their reputation as patrons throughout the world.

Reemnesh Xerxeen - An Argonian who swore he was a dragon. He certainly has the looks, and he prefers to fight with just his fists like any respectable dragon. The scary thing is...he's good at it.

Uluman - The third incarnation of Umaril...born to Askar, the Forerunner of the former Companions, and raised by Tilma and Kodlak along with the other Companions. This incarnation of Umaril is learning to accept love from even his sw …
