Skyhaven Temple Armory Overhaul - House of Blades
With nearly 100,000 downloads on Bethesda.net, I thought I'd give this mod a go. Sky Haven Temple Armory Overhaul adds multiple upgrades to Sky Haven Temple’s armory. After you speak to the leader of the Greybeards, the upgrade will activate, just like the other temple's vanilla upgrades. The reason I created this mod is that if you don't want to kill Paarthurnax and Blades should have a good armory, Skyhaven Temple has some uses. Better load up the paradise you save outside the sky.
feature
- Fully tested on PC (hopefully no bugs).
- It feels like a real armory, now with a fully working blacksmith named Jodoc who is also a Blade.
- All blacksmith crafting stations, have an anvil instead of blacksmithing, since I'm not good at blacksmithing.
- Renamed "Blades Sword" to "Akaviri Katana" in Oblivion.
- A new "Blades Greatsword" named "Akaviri Dai-Katana" has also been added to the Dragonbane version.
- Blades Armor is now on display instead of on the boring chest.
- Some crafting materials are scattered throughout.
- All items in the armory respawn (except Dragon Swords and Skill Books), so it looks like the blacksmith is doing his job.
- PrivateEye from his Heavy Armory Mod (link to his mod: Dai Katana Weapon Mod Thanks so much for letting me use your assets PrivateEye!
compatibility
- Should be compatible with anything that does not alter the internal areas of Sky Haven Temple
Load order
- It doesn't matter

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
