An overhaul of character creation and development. Attribute system, gender bonuses, racial abilities and different class methods.
Introduction
GunderRaceANdC girl E new progress
In summary, this module makes the following changes:
Attributes are now central to character creation and development (similar to previous TES titles, but expanded).
Statistics: HMS and regeneration rates are reduced and balanced to reality. HMS is increased based on the skills used for advancement.
Carrying capacity: increases with each level, but to a lesser extent. The amount depends on gender and race.
Skills start at 1 before bonuses. How quickly you learn a skill depends on a specific attribute and any race/class bonuses/penalties.
Racers still get small skill bonuses, but more importantly, they learn these skills faster (more useful later in the game).
Each race has 3 passive abilities, 1 greater power, and 1 flaw. Many of them are scaled to your level while also keeping them relevant and useful.
Only the most gifted magic competition begins with a spell... And there is a cap on how many spells you can learn, based on your attributes.
Class selection does not happen immediately. Instead, you have to play according to the class you want (more details below).
Each class has 5 levels, earned by playing that level. Like races, the abilities of many classes increase with your level in that class.
I've tested almost everything with as many combinations as possible... But it's possible I'm missing something. If you see something "off", tell me. Likewise, if you like Mod. Please endorse.
How to play with Grace
This is a broad overhaul of how you create and develop your character. There are several "steps" in this process.
- Select your race and gender as usual.
- Go to the MCM menu (Attributes) to distribute attribute points. There is no benefit in waiting...
- Play... Until you raise the basic skills in the class you want to level 20. There are no career benefits unless you are right for the role.
- Go to MCM menu (Class) and select your class.
- Go to the MCM menu (Traits) and select the trait you like. Start by selecting race and class attribute traits (they are free).
- Use the MCM menu (reference) to view the requirements (attributes and skills) of any class.
- Continue playing as your chosen class and you will work your way through your party (Novice, Apprentice, Master).
To qualify for a class, you must meet both attribute requirements (no weak barbarians or stupid wizards here) and skill requirements. To become a novice, you must achieve 20 skills in each of the six basic skills. From there, you can develop six skills as you see fit. Once you accumulate another 120 levels of skills, you will automatically advance to the Apprentice level. Then come 120 veterans, then experts, and finally masters.
Favorite traits receive additional bonuses over the calculated value of the attribute, and in some cases continue to develop as your development level increases.
property
Chronologically, you choose your race and gender first. But since this is the most important change, I'll start with attributes.
Once you have created your character, you can access the properties through the MCM menu. Each match starts with a pre-assigned 82 points to 10 attributes. Then you still have 20 points to distribute. Each point pointing to an attribute affects 3 to 4 features under that attribute.

gender
Genders are now more diverse with the introduction of attributes. I've left the original sex bonus from the Lite version as well.
While these may perpetuate stereotypes... What I want is not an aesthetic difference.
Male: Gain an additional carrying capacity point during level up. Physically, males tend to be larger and stronger. Men also receive a +1 bonus to five attributes (Strength, Fortitude, Wisdom, Dexterity, and Luck).
Female: Receive an additional bonus point for every 10 levels. After all, females mature and develop faster. Like …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
