What is the bane of smugglers

Have you ever wanted to play the role of a smuggler? Now you can! Use Skyrim's many waterways to quietly transport your Skooma to your waiting customers. Imperial soldiers would be unwise as your priceless skooma winds its way down the river under cover of darkness, slipping past authorities and those who might try to gain leverage in your cause.

This mod allows you to craft kegs that you can fill with contraband and float in any river in Skyrim! I created this mod for myself as a fun way to play the role of a smuggler in Skyrim. This mod allows you to create a container that is not only moveable and static but also buoyant and will float when dropped into water.

craft bucket

Any forged barrel can be crafted with corundum, firewood, and small soul gems. Barrels are added to the player's inventory as miscellaneous items, and when you're ready to use them, simply place them on the ground and fill them with whatever you want to smuggle. Once filled, you can drop them off bridges, roll them down hills into raging rapids, or slide them gently over the side of the boat. Smuggler's barrels will follow the current downstream, ready to be fished from the river to recover your loot.

Once you're done, simply interact with the barrels in the stealth module to return them to your inventory or break them down into their parts. Remember to take out the goods first!

Designed for working at night

The smuggler's barrels were all covered in asphalt and painted black for maximum concealment and night work. Use soul gems in the crafting process to imbue them with magic, making them completely impermeable and impervious to damage when penetrating Skyrim's many picturesque waterfalls! No matter how rough the rapids, have no fear, your produce is safe inside a smuggler's barrel.

Strike fear into the hearts of your competitors

Each barrel is stamped with the "Death's Head" logo to let your competitors or anyone else who stumbles across your barrel know that messing with your product, is meant to mess with you and will ultimately end in a horrific death!

Important: You need to keep an eye on your bucket. You can't simply put them in and expect them to eventually appear. Sometimes a barrel may disappear and then reappear. This is an issue with how the game handles dropped items and distance items in the game. The idea is that the river is doing the heavy lifting and the smuggler still needs to protect his or her goods!

I recommend using a mod manager for installation. This mod includes custom meshes, textures, scripts and .esp files.
