Great to use with Invasion of Skyrim!
Uncapper by Evittalex - Enhanced Legendary - Smart XP - Properties
Introduction and background
Look, we're all used to starting a new game in Skyrim at the slightest inconvenience. Some of us (like myself) only get used to it after being Skyrim veterans for over 6 or 7 years. However, the disadvantage of starting over is that you have to start from level 1 again.
so what? What's wrong with level 1? Well, when you use any addon for Skyrim Skill Uncapper, most likely you noticed that a lot of people like to slow down the skill levels, or they may lower the player character's level to level 30. ! So I'm hitting 30-33 in every single play session, but I've completed the game in at least 50+ hours and feel like I should at least explore my adventure a little further.
That's where this plugin comes in. Another Uncapper, I've designed the mod this one around;
Convenience is key
In a heavily modded game, getting through the first few levels can be difficult - let's make it a little easier right from the start. On reaching level 2, you will receive 3 points. This should be enough to help you define the character class you want to get into.
Want to be a heavily armored, two-handed warrior who can still defend themselves with their blades? Group!
Want to be a necromancer but you have to choose between destruction, alteration or summoning? no longer!
Do you love the Thieves Guild but hate every lockpicking and pickpocketing tree perk? Now you have 2 floating perks you can immerse yourself in!

balance of all things
You can only get 3 perks at once at level 2. The next allowance is allocated as follows;
The way this works is from level 3 -> level 9 you will get 1.0 points. At level 10, you will earn 2.0 points. Then it returns the formula again from 11 -> 19, then at 20 it returns 2.0 perk, and so on.
3 = 1.0
10 = 2.0
11 = 1.0
20 = 2.0
21 = 1.0
30 = 2.0
31 = 1.0
40 = 2.0
41 = 1.0
50 = 2.0
51 = 1.0
60 = 2.0
61 = 1.0
70 = 2.0
71 = 1.0
80 = 2.0
81 = 1.0
90 = 2.0
91 = 1.0
100 = 0.5
Once you reach level 100, you'll have enough perks, and you'll start getting perks at other levels.
Here are the formulas for gaining attributes like health, magic, stamina, and carrying weight. We're having a little fun here. You'll notice that Carry-Weight can also be obtained through health levels, but not as quickly as through Stamina
Pink = player level
healthy
2 = 25 Health + 3 Carrying Weight
6 = 15 Health + 3 Carrying Weight
10 = 10 health + 3 carrying weight
50 = 50 health + 10 carrying weight
51 = 10 health + 3 carrying weight
75 = 50 health + 10 carrying weight
76 = 5 health + 2 carrying weight
100 = 100 health + 10 carrying weight
101 = 3 health points + 1 carry capacity
mana
2 = 25 magicka
6 = 15 magicka
10 = 10 magicka
50 = 50 magicka
51 = 10 magicka
75 = 50 magicka
76 = 5 magicka
100 = 100 magicka
101 = 3 magicka
endurance
2 = 25 stamina + 15 carrying weight
6 = 15 stamina + 7 carrying weight
10 = 10 stamina + 7 carrying weight
50 = 50 endurance + 50 carrying weight
51 = 10 stamina + 7 carrying weight
75 = 50 endurance + 50 carrying weight
76 = 5 stamina + 5 carrying weight
100 = 100 endurance + 100 carrying weight
101 = 3 stamina + 3 carrying weight

Not too naughty now!
I've balanced the experience multipliers to reflect what I think the actual benefits would be, assuming the skill is no longer at "100" and is now at a level of 255. I've noticed that most Uncappers reduce average speed by as muc …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
