Skill roll

This mod adds skill scrolls that provide bonuses for experience with skills, and makes skill books regular so you don't need to save reading for higher levels. You can find skill scrolls in almost every store, as well as loot if you create a base patch for it.

Hi, thanks for looking at my mod! I want to get rid of skill books because 8 years later I still haven't read some of them because I want to wait until I get through advanced reading to make it worthwhile, lol. My answer to this is Skill Scrolls.

Skill Scroll adds a scroll bar that gives you a 20% bonus to a specific skill when casting, similar to 3 Guardian Stones, but it lasts for 1 real-time hour. You can purchase these scrolls from merchants and find them in loot. Additionally, skill books no longer give you skill points when read, so now you don't have to save them to higher levels.
