This is a simple little module that replaces the shouting sound with a higher pitched sound. This mode adds Dragon's Cry 2 and a half. I've included a video from the original author so you can hear what it sounds like before downloading and installing. It uses Elf's Voice as its base, but it can be used on any race. It includes Shout-Out DLC as well, but works even if you don't have the DLC.
