Simple rolling process

Added recipes to craft scrolls on a tanning rack using spell units. No scripts, no new files. merged. Not eating your book.

• Added recipe for crafting scrolls in Tanning Rack - *The recipient will not be displayed unless you have the following items in your inventory:

Spellbook for the same spell. (Does not consume Tome!)

quill

Black Soul Gem (available only to certain recipients)

High enough enchantment skills (25 Apprentice Spells, 50 Adaptation, etc.)

*This mod only adds new crafting collections (and a scroll) to the game, so it shouldn't

Conflicts with anything unless you have different spells and scrolls for some reason.

Merge security.
