About this mod Machine translation
Simple changes to playable racial abilities.
If you've ever wanted a good race mode but all the other changes were too much or seemed underpowered, then this mod is for you.
Lesser powers were removed, and now each race has a strength, a weakness, and a talent (skills they learn faster). Unless you are a High Elf or Dark Elf, I would also remove Healing and Fire as starting spells. Brittany begins to get frostbite and heal.
I want the racial abilities to emphasize each race's specialties, but don't want it to reduce your finishing potential against other classes. For example; a Wood Elf starts with -100 armor points, making them more vulnerable to physical attacks, thus encouraging you to fight at range. However, if you really want to be a two-handed warrior, you can invest in the Blacksmith and get a higher armor rating to offset this weakness, allowing you to be as effective as any other race in that class. Likewise, any other race's weaknesses can be counteracted through training or enchantment.

I designed it to use a backup boot module so there shouldn't be any issues. In fact, I think the only mods that are incompatible are other race reforms.
My other changes

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
