Custom designed ReShade with ENB
Simple and clean coloring ENB
This reimagined ENB aims to bring some normal life to Skyrim, as well as darker nights, along with the big clean look of Skyrim Special Edition. This is my first time using ReShade with ENB and I think it works well. If you have any other comments, please let me know! :)
Since Dark Creations will be releasing Bruma on July 1st, I'll be jumping back into the Skyrim Special Edition! I wanted a game to look the way I wanted it to and thought it would be a good look.
Updated to version 1.1: Removed HDR and increased overall brightness
Updated to version 1.2: Vibrance turned off accidentally and now turned it back on
Updated to version 1.3: Increased indoor brightness
This builds on the Vivid Weather and Realistic Lighting Overhaul settings! Therefore, they are placed on demand. But I don't understand why it doesn't work with other mods! Let me know how it works with other lighting and weather mods! :)
Before I get too deep into this madness, I'd like to give a shout out to Boris Vorontsov for his efforts in creating ENB in the first place, a shout out to Crosire and to the ReShade community for providing such great shader tools for the game, and 1 shout out to Tapioks and his DNI - simple day room post processing suite for enhancing ENB version 0.310. Without it I wouldn't be able to create such a great look throughout the day and indoors!

Install
Download the latest ReShade
Open it, find your Skyrim Special Edition folder and double-click SkyrimSE.exe and then click Direct3D 10+
You can install the filter or choose not to install it. They are not needed as the required files are in .rar
Download the latest ENB
Unzip and copy the files in the "Wrapper" folder into the Skyrim Special Edition directory
Download the "Simple and Clean ReShaded ENB" and extract it into the Skyrim Special Edition directory.
Load the game, go through the ReShade selection process, and select TheRiayaHDR-ReShade profile
Go to the ReShade advanced tab and remove the extra line pointing to the Skyrim directory to eliminate the error when trying to load the ENB shader. Make sure to leave Skyrim Special Edition\Shadow Shaders\Shaders and Skyrim Special Edition\Shadow Shaders\Textures (see video below if you're confused)
Change the drop-down box from "Configuration Mode" to "Performance Mode".
Enjoy the visual effects in the game and have fun!

The game is so dark! ! !
If you think the game is going to die, don't delete it! There are some things you can do to help you see better at night! Here are some examples, and videos to go along with them!
Bring up the ReShade menu, change Performance Mode back to Configuration Mode in the Settings tab, then return to the Home tab and change the Gamma value to 1.0-1.3 under Tone Mapping
You can also just uncheck the "Ambient Light" shader to reduce contrast during the day.

Simple & Clean ReShaded ENB
This Reshaded ENB was designed to bring some general life to that of Skyrim, along with darker nights, and a general clean look to Skyrim Special Edition. This is my first time combining ReShade with ENB and I think it came out decently well. Let me know if you think otherwise!:)
I am just getting back into Skyrim Special Edition due to Dark Creations releasing Bruma on July 1st! I wanted to get a game to look how I desired and thought would be a decent look.
Updated to version 1.1: Removed HDR, and bumped the brightness overall
Updated to version 1.2: Accidentally turned off Vibrance, that is now back on
Updated to version 1.3: Turned up the brightness some for interior
This was build upon the setup with Vivid Weathers, and Realistic Lighting Overhaul! So they are placed on the requirements. But I don't see why it wouldn't work with other mods as either! Let me know how it works with other lighting, and weathe …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
