Overview
"Shake it again!" is part of the final process of breathing life in Skyrim Special Edition.
The basic mod "Shake It Up!" porting is the first step. But then came insurmountable mistakes. So when it came time to roll out "Shake Again!", the unresolved bugs, along with a few others, led to an unstable realm that was ultimately not worth the trouble. Therefore, the door is closed.
The main and most difficult problem is how to execute the files in their entirety. Because the extension requires a new esp, it creates a copy and MCM treats it as another entry, not a replacement. Neither menu complies without outside help. So this mod does the impossible. It combines both.
-Recommended for new games with proper initialization-
If for some reason you are unable to do this, be aware that some problems may arise.
It is recommended that you follow the instructions posted on the original Skyrim Mod page here
Before you download/install
- Make sure "Shake it!" or any other variants and its relatives are closed and deactivated.
- Make new saves while saving your personal backup.
- Follow the original installation instructions on the original Skyrim Mod page to get the base assets this mod doesn't offer.
- Note: They must be converted correctly so that Skyrim Special Edition detects it correctly.
After downloading/installing
-Merge or install as new mod
(Do not replace! Only core files containing "SISM!" "Shake It!" will function properly)
- Proper installation of this mod requires all basic assets to work properly.
-Run FNIS or Nemesis.
- Confirm that the program has successfully installed the animation and behavior by seeing if it detects "Shake It!" and “Shake it again!”
-[Advanced] Open the Output folder and check if all the contents inside match what the program created
-Run your game with the mod running and confirm everything is up and running properly

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
