SHADOWMERE SKELETON REPLACER
A simple mod that just makes Shadowmere even worse.
It should be compatible with everything, as long as it doesn't edit the mesh or any texture's shadow. If you have a mod with loose files to edit any of these, you will need to clear them from the data folder as they will overwrite the mod.
BETHESDA.NET is also available for PC and XBOX ONE

Now has support for armored horses
The new and hopefully improved Shadowmere is now compatible with the Horse Armors SSE created by Moveve and Mystikhybrid.
All credit for the original model goes to Mystikhybrid, with credit for the SSE port going to Amoveve.
Some parts of the mesh may have cutouts, and Shadowmere's eyes are mostly obscured due to the shape of the armor on the body.
You don't need the original mod to work as it's edited from the original mod itself using the meshes and textures I edited, meaning it's completely self-contained.

SHADOWMERE SKELETON REPLACER
A small mod that simply changes Shadowmere to be a little more badass.
It should be compatible with everything, so long as it doesn't edit the meshes or any textures of Shadowmere. If you have a mod with loose files that edits either of those, you'll need to purge them from your data folders, as they will override this mod.

NOW WITH ARMOURED HORSES SUPPORT
Now the new and hopefully improved Shadowmere is compatible with the Horse Armors SSE created by Amoveve and Mystikhybrid.
All credit for the original mod goes to Mystikhybrid, with credits for the SSE port going to Amoveve.
There may be clipping on some parts of the mesh, and Shadowmere's eyes are mostly obscured due to the shape of the armour on his body.
You do NOT need the original mod for this to work, since it is an edit of the original mod itself using the meshes and textures I edited, meaning it is entirely standalone.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
