Thieves Guild Hood and Nightingale Powers Overhaul
-------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------
This mode completely changes the way the game handles Nightingale armor and weapons, and introduces new mechanics, while making minor changes to certain aspects of the Thieves Guild.
Be the Hood
---------------------------------------
The hood mechanism is specifically designed to be used only with the Thieves Guild armor sets (regular, improved, leader and nightingale). The hoods of these armors hide your identity, so crimes committed while wearing these hoods don't count as crimes committed by your character, only if someone didn't see you wearing the hood.
The hood itself is attached to the chest plate of the armor set and is no longer a separate piece of armor, using spells you can equip or equip the hood of a specific chest piece.
>Power: The art of thief hood.
The legend of the nightingale
-------------------------------------------------- ---
Nightingale's true power can only be unlocked after restoring the Twilight Tomb by returning the Skeleton Key. At this point, the true power of your Nightingale will be granted to you.
>Power: Nightingale Armor.
The Nightingale Armor Set becomes Strength, and when you summon the Nightingale Armor, your current armor set will become the Nightingale Set until you decide to return to your original armor set. There is no time limit on how long you can wear Nightingale Armor, but it is controlled by the Rogue Armor gear in your inventory.
You can only activate this power while equipped with the full set of Rogue Gear armor instead of the hood. Additionally, in order to remain in the Nightingale Armor set, you must have the Rogue Armor armor in your inventory while you are wearing the Nightingale Armor set.
>Spell: Nightingale Blade.
A sword that has the same effects as the regular Nightingale Blade, with the ability to eliminate Daedra. You can only use this spell while wearing the Thieves Guild or Nightingale armor sets.
>Spell: Nightingale Bow.
The bow has the same effects as the regular Nightingale Bow, with the ability to eliminate Daedra. You can only use this spell while wearing the Thieves Guild or Nightingale armor sets.
skull key
----------------------------------
Instead of an unbreakable locking point, the Skeleton Key can now be used as an actual key that can open any lock you want to open. It still increases your lockpicking skills when used.
The Skeleton Key is the only way to unlock the Sunken Walk, a path that connects Nightingale Hall to the Cistern. This path is only available for Nightingales, as it can only be partially opened from Nightingale Hall.
Thieves Guild Quest
------------------------------------------------
This mod makes some minor changes to the Thieves Guild questline while still retaining what Skyrim was originally set out to do.
>Join the Thieves Guild.
You have to become a thief and keep Brynjolf close to your plans, if not he wouldn't even bother you.
>Fallout Missions - Less Ordeal.
The Thieves Guild's radiant missions have been pared down to reduce the grinding element that exists when trying to restore a guild to its former glory. Additionally, a guild's upgrades are now tied to its recovery rather than just completing Fallout quests; finally, Fallout quests will first run through all the main quests required to recycle the Influence in Skyrim, and will be given randomly after that.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
