How to use:
Mapping Setter Keys - The setter mapping is located in the MCM menu "Settings" page. Pressing this key outside of a menu or in the inventory/magic menu allows you to assign your currently equipped right, left, and/or call/power to a hotkey and cycle through it. Added Ctrl and Alt support (recommended to use one of these in inventory/magic menu).
Mapping Hotkeys - Select the Hotkeys page in MCM and click the drop-down menu to select the hotkeys to map. Select the key to bind to the hotkey and optionally bind the key to a modifier key (such as Shift). You can also rename hotkeys ("Fire Spells" if the hotkey is for fire spells; "Shift 3" if you want to represent the key + 3 to move).
Vanilla Hotkeys - Check the box in the MCM Settings page to allow vanilla hotkeys. This disables the custom keymap and is a completely different set of hotkeys (custom hotkey data is not lost when switching and vice versa). You can still map and rename hotkeys in MCM's Hotkeys page, but they correspond to the vanilla hotkeys "Hotkey1, Hotkey2, etc."
Understand cycles - Each hotkey can have multiple cycles. Looping allows players to map multiple gear sets to a single hotkey. For example, all vampire spells can be set to "Shift 1", all necromancy spells can be set to "Shift 2", and your best healing spells (double cast) and Become Ethereal's Roar can be set to unique cycles on "1". "All hotkeys are reset to the first cycle based on the time specified in the MCM menu Settings page.
Setting up the device - This is done outside of MCM. You can set up a device by pressing the Set key (+modifier key) outside any menu or directly from the inventory/magic menu. Pressing the Setup key will open a menu that allows you to select hotkeys and loops to map the device to. You can "Select All" to select all devices or select devices individually for storage. You can also select Unassemble, which will deselect any content of the selected loop in the specified hand. When finished, select Accept. You can delete/reset loops from the loop menu. You can view the storage device for each hotkey in the Hotkeys page of the MCM menu.
Player Magic Equipment - Although not required, it is recommended that you attach a custom name to your equipment.
Save/Load Profiles - Save and load profiles in Save and Character. The mod won't equip anything in the list that you don't already have, regardless of whether it's in the config file or not. Tempered and player-enchanted weapons may not carry over to saves where they don't already exist.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Will you add additional device slots?
Answer: No, I've tried it and it's very fast and breaks other things in the game. I haven't found a safe way to do this without slowing down the entire mod.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
