Make Serana a preset in Racemenu
Just use the Racemenu and select Nord, switch to female and her preset should be the last one.
Made with vanilla game Racemenu, but works with Racemenu too.
She carries Serana's Armor and Hood, which you can find at the south gate of Riverwood. (see picture)
