Seppuku SSE

Added a new seppuku spell that plays an animation and kills you.

Skyrim LE:

This mod increases Seppuku's power. It comes with an immersive animation that simulates Seppuku. Additionally, it gives you a Harakiri power that makes others commit seppuku. Samurai is meant to be built using honor codes.
