Update: Finally figured out how to make a spinning halo! This is a separate item included with the Haloless Wizard Hat option.

You need to download and install no halo hat before installing Ice Halo.
There are ENB and ENB-less light options. Just download and install one.
It uses the #55 slot and will conflict with other mods using the same slot.
Update: Uploaded optional version without halo.
I made a hat for The Witcher 3 a few years ago, but gave up on it because modding that game was a huge pain, haha. So now you can enjoy roleplaying as a warrior wizard in Skyrim.
Technically, it's a hoop, so it can be worn with hair and headscarves.
Changed some NIF settings and added a custom cubemap to make the textures look better. Textures are 2K.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.

- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
