This is a direct port of Isoku's Meteor.
Now with Storm Splash, it replaces the Rain Splash from Weather Miracles.
But we still need to use meteors in our game. At least I will. So I made a direct port of this wonderful mod from Isoku, Meteor

Meteors, fragments of Aetherius, fall in various sizes from different locations in the sky at night (8:30 pm to 6:00 am). The general direction they fall in will change each month.
Meteor showers (increased frequency of meteors) are guaranteed to occur on certain nights of the year. The dates they occur coincide with actual meteor shower dates for Earth.

Meteor storms (with greatly increased frequency of meteors) have an extremely low chance of occurring nightly.
You'll probably see them 2-3 times per game year.
