This is a direct port of Isoku's Rainbows.

Now with Storm Splash, it replaces the Rain Splash from Weather Miracles.

But our game still needs rainbows. At least I will. So I went straight from Isoku, Rainbows

Made this wonderful mod of course I have full permission to do so.

Rainbows will appear when the sun is low (8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.) after the weather transitions from rainy to sunny.

They may also be the result of early morning dew (8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) in warmer areas of the sky. These are much weaker.

Object Fade under Advanced Options in the Skyrim launcher (or fLODFadeOutMultObjects in SkyrimPrefs.ini) must be set to at least 10. Enjoy!

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
