Burnt Skiffhide can only be found in the Mega Camp as a Grilled Skiffus Kebab or in the Bandit Camp.

Turn Skiffus into Charred Skiffus with Fire Spell Projectiles
Harvest Burnt Skiffhide and Burnt Skiffle Flesh from Burnt Skiffus.
When you burn a Skiff, either Burnt Skiff Leather or Burnt Skiff Flesh will randomly drop.
Skivers who slowly die by catching fire rather than being killed directly by fire spells will not be scorched, but you can burn their bodies directly.
