It's just something I've been wanting to do for a little while. I've always liked the design/colors of the vanilla Scathecraw, but it lacked any detail. Last night I opened up Photoshop and started doodling from scratch.
The diffuse texture is BC3 (color + alpha) and the normal map is BC7. In order to work properly in Skyrim LE, the normal map needs to be resaved as DXT5. Anyone who can allow me to backport, please give me credit.

This is just a little one-off I've been wanting to do for a while. I've always really liked the vanilla Scathecraw design/colors, but it just lacked any detail. I popped open Photoshop last night and scribbled this up from scratch.
The diffuse texture is BC3 (color+alpha) and normal map is BC7. For this to work in Skyrim LE one would need to re-save the normal map as DXT5. Anybody has my permission to back-port this, just give me credit.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
