About this mod Machine translation
A small lair for a vampire character, not too big or feature-packed.
I've recently started corelining a vampire character and am looking for a small player home to use in the early game. It would be a black hole in the ground of my own where I kept my soul and retreated from the daylight. Unfortunately, no mod suitable for my taste exists. They were too big or had too many features, so I chose Sanguine Lair. This is a small excavated Imperial bunker that was once inhabited by a young vampire who was recently killed by the Dawnguard. Now, it lies dormant, ready to be claimed by another person.
feature
Sanguine Lair includes some features that suit the needs of the average vampire. No mannequins or dedicated artifacts are displayed. This is the home of bloodthirsty beasts, not an art gallery. It consists of a short entrance, an atrium with a surrounding overlooking landscape and a private room. The previous owners left behind some provisions that now belong to you, as well as the damage from the battles that took place here. There are several shelves and containers to hold any items of interest you collect. The lair also contains the following facilities:
-Enchanting table
-Alchemy table
-Cooking pot
-coffin
-Cow Cages (highly recommended for better vampires. You can keep the Thrall from these mods in these cages)
-Safe storage
Location
Sanguine Lair is located in the northern part of Riften, hidden under rocky hills. Nearby you will find many settlements that will serve as feeding grounds and sources for new slaves. You will start the game by marking the game on the map.
compatibility
This will result in minor landscape edits to the Tamriel unit (42,-21) north of Riften. I can't imagine any other conflict beyond that.
Require
Requires Dawnguard and official updates.
If you encounter any bugs, conflicts, or bugs, please report them and get them fixed when you have time. You can also edit the house in CK and publish patches if you wish, but please do not upload my files anywhere without my permission.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
