About this mod Machine translation
Remove low-resolution details from logs.
Overview:
There are details in the logs and even high resolution textures can't make them look better.
So I edited the grid to remove them.
Example provided in picture.
I adapted this to my own liking, but I'm sharing it in case others can use it too.
Edited grid:
\Net\Landscape\Tree\ treeaspenlog01.nif
\Net\Landscape\Tree\ treeaspenstump01.nif
\Net\Landscape\Tree\ treepineforestcutstump01.nif
\Net\Landscape\Tree\ treepineforestcutstump02.nif

\Net\Landscape\Tree\ treepineforestuprootedstump01.nif
\Net\Landscape\Tree\ treepineforestuprootedstump01sn.nif
compatibility:
Should be compatible with most mods such as:
- Skyrim Flora Overhaul - I did not edit the same mesh, I just removed branches from the downed uprooted trees, SFO only edited the standing trees
- Static Mesh Improvement (SMIM) - it only edits a few standing trees, no conflicts
As far as I know there are no incompatible mods, but it is incompatible with any mod that edits the same mesh.
Already included FTR - Repair Transparent Roots (pine stumps of fallen and uprooted trees).

Overview:
There are details from logs that even high-res textures don't really make them look better.
Therefore I edited the meshes to remove them.
Examples available in the pictures.
I did this tweak for my own taste but I share it in case someone else may use it as well.
Edited meshes:

\meshes\landscape\trees\treeaspenstump01.nif

- Skyrim Flora Overhaul - I didn't edit the same meshes, I just removed the branches from the fallen an uprooted trees, SFO only edit the standing trees
- Static Mesh Improvement (SMIM) - It only edit few standing trees, no conflict
At my knowledge there is no incompatible mod but it will be incompatible with any mod that edit the same meshes.
Already includes FTR - Fix for Transparent Roots (of fallen and uprooted Tree Pine stumps).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
