I've passed this error to RS Children and RS Children Compendium, but this is a temporary fix. I will remove it when I update the mod
This is for people using the patch from the RS Children Patch Compendium. The original RS Children mod does not require this. For example, if you use the "Funny NPCs" patch for RS Children, you may have noticed that Henrietta Entius (Falkreath)'s hair has a weird sheen, and this should fix that.
The reason is that the normal map is not properly linked to the mesh. You can even see this in the RS Children Patch Compendium screenshot (No. 4). They're not meant to look like that!

To avoid people having to unpack the .bsa and change paths, I created the directory and placed the normal maps in it, so you can install the mod as loose textures and have it fixed in game. As shown below
