Rorikstead Wagons SE

This model adds a wagon shop to the town of Rorikstead, with the option of a town overhaul.

There are two new patches:

'JK's Rorikstead' and 'JK's Skyrim' rolled into one. Please note these patches are for 'Rorikstead Wagons.esp' and not for Rorikstead Wagons and Town Overhaul.esp'

Version 1.1 of TOWN OVERHAUL is now available. IMPORTANT: If you are updating from v1.0 to v.1.1, be sure to delete the "Rorikstead Wagons and Town Overhaul.bsa" file first. I no longer use .bsa to try and eliminate the grayface problem.

New features in version 1.1:

• Added new farm
• Added new blacksmith. He seems to have more wealth than the average blacksmith. He also has a little secret.
• Lokir's house. Since Helgen was under Falkreath's control, Lokir's body was most likely transported to Falkreath's Hall of the Dead before being buried, or even elsewhere. So you can find (or rather steal) the key to his house before he was buried. Or you can break in, just make sure no one sees you. Inside you'll find out why he fled Skyrim, of course.
• Some smaller details added to towns

Ever wonder where all the trucks in Skyrim come from? Well, my friend, think no more. That's because they're all made in the Rorikstead Wagons studio!

This mod has two parts:

It adds a house and studio next to the town of Rorikstead. If you only want to attend the workshop then you will need to download: 'Rorikstead Wagons' file.

• The second profile adds a workshop but also overhauls the town to make it feel more lively and homely. Note: Rorikstead is a farming town, so I don't want to loosen the feel of it. It must remain small and most must be concentrated on farms.

• The workshop adds a beautiful structure to the place where the van is built.
• A family that runs a seminar. They also have a teenage daughter (who is shorter than her mother)
• A family-friendly Khajiit.
• Two guards hired by the family

town:

• A new family to run the production facility.
• New merchants selling some agricultural products
• Rorik Manor now looks more like a manor
• The "gate" of two towns, unlike other towns.

compatibility

If you use the town overhaul file, then this will obviously not be compatible with any other mods that change the town of Rorikstead. If you are only using the Wagons Workshop files, there may be other town overhaul mods that may be compatible if they don't use the same space as the workshop.

If there is some slightly incompatible mod, please let me know and maybe I'll make a patch for it.

Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul Patch can be found under the Optional Files section. Just place the patch after "Rorikstead Wagons and Town Overhaul.esp" and "Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp". My patch also fixed one of the structural issues with grass growing into them.

Install

Automatic download using NMM

• Click the "Download with Manager" button at the top of the file.
• After downloading, Overstead will appear in NMM's Mods list. Double-click the Overstead entry to activate it.

Either

Manual download using NMM

• Launch NMM and click Mods.
• In the left icon bar, click "Add Module File" and select the downloaded archive file.
• Overstead will now appear in the list. Double-click to activate it.

Either

Manual installation

• Find the Data/ folder in the Skyrim installation directory. Usually it can be found in Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/Data/.
• Extract the contents of the downloaded archive file to your data/ folder. Make sure the "Mesh" folder goes into the "Mesh" folder within the "Skyrim Data" folder. Same goes for the "Textures" folder.
• In Skyrim Launcher, select the data file and enable 'Overstead.esp'

If for some strange reason you want to get rid of the mod, then just make sure you stay away from Rorikstead, save and then delete the 'Rorikstead Wagons' .esp and .bsa files, or the 'Rorikstead Wagons and Town Overhaul' .esp and .b …
