The Rogue Merchant Alliance is an association of merchants. The Alliance was able to negotiate with the lords, and trade taxes were regulated. They controlled the way trade was conducted in the towns and applied rules to how it was done. Members of the Merchant Alliance became very important members of the Skyrim community. The introduction of this merchant confederation resulted in its own participation in hierarchy and civic duties. The power of these rogue merchant alliance members increased, and they were often wealthier and of higher social status than members of the craft guilds.

Trainers in the Rogue Merchant Alliance can train up to level 200, but can still only train 5 times per level. Great for use with Uncapper Mods

Seward the Explorer (also the Advanced Spoken Master Trainer) can be found among the Riverwood merchants in Riverwood

Caitlin of Winterhold (also a high-level destruction trainer) can be found in the Cauldron of Arcadia in Whiterun

The Mad Hatter Windsor (who can also be the Master Alchemist/Guardrail) can be found in the Silver Blood Inn in Markarth

Burton Three Fingers (also known as Master Draft Coaches/Fences) can be found in Lonely Radiant

Rogue Merchant Alliance followers can be leveled up to 200 Perfect, used with Uncapper Mods or Amazing Follower Tweaks

Orlok the Destroyer (Heavily Armored 2H Warrior) can be found at the Riverwood entrance in Riverwood

Archmage Verelis (Destruction/Restoration Healer) can be found on the bridge in front of Winterhold Academy

Renna Quick (Archer) can be found outside the main entrance to Solitude

Mahwish Guerrilla Tank (heavy armor, 1H sword/shield) can be found at the main entrance of Whiterun
