About this mod Machine translation

This mod adds a player to Riverwood and a dungeon. It comes with its own story and quest line that players need to go through to get the keys to the house.

about:

A new house is located across the Riverwood, past the timber cutting area and across a bridge. If the player passes the quest line, the house requires a key. The story revolves around an adventurer Marius Caro III (grandson of Marius Caro, Count of Leyawiin), whose parents moved from Leyawiin to Helgen. When they died, he moved to Riverwood where he built his own house and became an adventurer. He recently discovered a treasure hidden in a tomb of an unknown king near Riverwood, called the Tomb of Sacropha.

The mission begins by reading Marius's first magazine, which sits on a table on the porch of his home. Players need to follow Marius in the tomb, discover what happened to him, see if the treasure is still there and find the key to his home. Players need to unlock the puzzles by deciphering the riddles associated with them. These riddles can be found in the notes in the room and need to be solved, left there by Marius. Be prepared to spend some time on this.

The Last Treasure is a unique item in the game that is quite powerful for the early game and can fit into all types of classes.

The house itself looks like a normal Riverwood house on the outside and inside the first level, but the basement is a bit special and contains Marius' chest to house his loot.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
