About this mod Machine translation

Added the Headless Horseman's ax with custom visual and sound effects.

The Headless Horseman has arrived in Skyrim (or his weapon), and you can unleash hell on your terms.

This adds to the Headless Horseman's ax from the TV show Sleepy Hollow.

In this SSE version, everything has been redone from the old version. The mesh has been slightly changed, the glow mesh is now completely new with new details and a new glow map. Other variations can now be made. But most importantly, this corrects a glitch that had been bugging me, which was that it would sometimes disappear in the glow-in-the-dark. Everything works fine now!

There are enchanted and unenchanted versions. Both come in one-handed and two-handed variations. The enchanted version heats up when an enemy approaches with a custom sound each time it is activated and destroyed, causing a burning screeching sound when hitting the target, dealing extra fire damage to them. Only a coffin and a note were taken. Other variants can only be obtained through crafting, for which

You need to post notes on the Smithing site. They all have the same properties as the Ancient Waraxe and Battle Axe, and require Ebony Ingots and Firewood to craft. No need to cheer up.

Extract the contents into the "data" folder. It needs to be said that you never know when a new person shows up out of the blue.

The headless Horseman has come to Skyrim (or so his weapon) and it is up to you to unleash hell as you see fit.

This adds the axe of the Headless Horseman from the TV Show Sleepy Hollow.

In this SSE version, everything was redone from the oldrim one. The meshes have been slightly changed, the glowing meshes are now completely new with new details and a new glowmap. The alternative variants are now craftable. But most importantly, this corrects a glitch that have been bugging me forever where the glow would not show up sometimes. Now everything works perfectly well!

There is the enchanted version and the unenchanted version. Both have one handed and two handed variants. The enchanted versions heats up when enemies are near with custom sounds during each activation and deactivation with a burning slashing sound when hitting your targets making additional fire damage to them. The One handed is only looted from the stone coffin along with a note. The other variants can only be acquired by crafting them and in order to do so,

you need that have the note on you while at the Smithing station. They all share the same stats as the daedric war axes and battle axes and require Ebony ingots and firewood to craft. No perk needed.

Extract content into Data folder. It's necessary to say it you never know when a new guy pops in.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
